Sorry not to reply your previous Email. I was not able to
access Email last week.
I asked Roger for a proper area to upload docs related to
PREAMBLE ad-hoc. His suggestion is to use the following link:

Please upload your contributions there and please do not use
the 802.16e numbering scheme on any of these temporary documents as
suggested by Brian. Let us just use a file name and make sure there is a
preamble in the description.
I will send another mail shortly for tomorrow's conference
call logistics.
