Due to a conflict in numbering, the contribution on "Improved Space-Time
Codes for the OFDMA PHY with four transmission antennas" from Seung Hoon
Nam, Chan-Soo Hwang, Young-Ho Jung, Jaehak Chung, and Yungsoo Kim,
originally numbered as C80216e-04/354, was renumbered to C80216e-04/370.
The renumbered contribution is exactly the same as the original except
for the number change. The consolidated comment database was corrected
to reflect the new contribution number before being posted.
Contribution C80216e-04/354 is entitled "Clarification of Sleep Mode
Language" from Vladimir Yanover and Phil Barber.
I hope this doesn't cause any confusion.
