The announcement document:
Title: "IEEE 802.16 Working Group Recirc Ballot #15a: Announcement"

http://ieee802.org/16/docs/04/80216-04_56r1.pdf
This document is the PAR ("Improved Coexistence Mechanisms for
License-Exempt Operation") and associated Five Criteria that arose
from 802.16's License-Exempt Study Group.
The ballot submission form is available at:
http://ieee802.org/16/le/ballot15/ballotform15a.html
If you are satisfied with your previous vote, you need not vote again
(and it would be easier if you didn't); your previous vote will carry
forward.
Results will be posted, as they are received, at:
http://ieee802.org/16/le/ballot15/report15.html
The PAR and Five Criteria will be submitted to the 802 EC according
to the 30-day rule. Depending on comment received in the recirc and
from other WGs, the document can be revised again at Session #34.
