I would like to
withdraw comment 973.
The security section
requires the incorporation of a secure association method,
preferably compatible with the EAP keying guidelines. This text would best
be incorporated in a comprehensive (and hence easy to review) contribution on
this topic. The potential of future adoption of the recommendation of this
comment would interfere with our ability to develop this
text.
