[STDS-802-16] release of IEEE P802.16f/D2

The new draft P802.16d/D2 ("Draft Amendment to IEEE Standard for
Local and Metropolitan Area Networks - Part 16: Air Interface for
Fixed  Broadband Wireless Access Systems - Management Information
Base") is now available:

using the 802.16 user name and password. For more information on

Working Group Recirculation Ballot #16a, based on the comment
resolutions leading to this draft, will be announced soon.
