You should be made aware that 8 of the approved comments from the database
in 80216maint-04_04r9.USR were not incorporated in the Working Document.
Those comments are: 171, 262, 338, 434, 457, 458, 485, and 568.
These comments will be submitted by the editor in this Call for Comments on
the Working Document. They will be shown as 'Accepted' in the Commentary
file that will be generated, and they will not be voted on again at Session
35.
I apologize to the originators of those comments that their changes are not
being reviewed in this Call for Comments. But please appreciate the
formidable task the Editor had to generate the first Working Document and
the constraints he was under.
