        http://ieee802.org/16/netman/ballot16/report16.html

The announcement document:
Title: "IEEE 802.16 Working Group Recirc Ballot #16a: Announcement"
  Document Number: IEEE 802.16-05/008
  URL: <http://ieee802.org/16/docs/05/80216-05_008.pdf>
details the procedures.

The comment resolutions under review are detailed here:
        http://ieee802.org/16/docs/05/80216-05_002r3.zip

With these comment resolutions incorporated, the base document was updated to:
        http://ieee802.org/16/private/drafts/netman/P80216f_D3.zip

The ballot submission form is available at:
        http://ieee802.org/16/netman/ballot16/ballotform16b.html
If you are satisfied with your previous vote, you need not vote again
(and it would be easier if you didn't); your previous vote will carry
forward.

We particularly look forward to a response from the four Disapprove
voters (Les Eastwood, YoungKyun Kim, Yossi Segal, and Alfred
Wieczorek). They did not participate in the recirculation and have
not otherwise notified us regarding their views of our resolutions of
their comments.

Results will be posted, as they are received, at:
        http://ieee802.org/16/netman/ballot16/report16.html
