I cannot download file with below link.
And I cannot agree to vote only for this contribution.
According to the mails I've got for this ad hoc, there was not discussion
on this and others.
As we did during handover ad hoc or others, Ad hoc should have enough time
for discussion on each issue or contribution before internal decision.
If we do not have enough time for this meeting, we can try ad hoc again for
next MAY meeting after enough discussion for ad hoc during MARCH meeting.
