This is just a reminder to IEEE 802.16f Sponsor Ballot group members that the Sponsor Ballot Recirculation on P802.16f/D4 is due to close at 11:59 EDT on Wednesday, 15-June-2005.
 
This is also a reminder that any comments submitted should have clear Problem statements and complete Remedies with explicit text and clear editorial instruction in order to facilitate BRC successful completion of its resolution of these recirculation comments. Due to time and other constraints, poorly written comments are far less likely to be well received.
 
Refer to the Sponsor Ballot announcement, 'Electronic Ballot  P802.16f/D4 Recirculation:  Opening!' from the sa-ballot@ieee.org, on proper comment filing process.
 
This is an important recirculation. With its successful completion we hope to be very near soliciting final approval on this project.
