The IEEE-SA Balloting Center opened the P802.16-2004/Cor1/D3 Sponsor Ballot, with a deadline of 10 July at the Balloting Center's local time (11:59 pm EDT <http://tinyurl.com/9kxjk>).
If you are not a member of the Sponsor Ballot Group and you would like to submit comments, please submit them through a member of the Sponsor Ballot Group (who will, hopefully upload any comments using Commentary format). If you cannot find a Sponsor Ballot Group member to help, then you may upload nonbinding Commentary comments to <http://ballotCor1.wirelessman.org> by the ballot deadline.
I would also like to remind everyone the Draft Development Schedule, <http://wirelessman.org/maint/schedule.html>. The goal is to submit the next draft, P802.16-2004/Cor1/D4, to RevCom by the August 12 deadline. This implies we would need a clean Sponsor Ballot Recirculation after Session 38 in July. If you plan on submitting comments, I would ask you to work hard at making the comments and contributions clear and complete, so we can have a clean D4 draft. If you believe there are others that might be interested in your issue, I would also encourage you to contact the interested parties so most or all of the harmonization can be done before going into the July meeting.
Otherwise, things will get complicated if P802.16e finishes before the Corrigendum, as we have discussed in the last two meetings.
