[STDS-802-16] P802.16e/D9 Sponsor Ballot Recirc

The IEEE-SA Balloting Center has opened the P802.16e/D9 Sponsor Ballot Recirc, with a deadline of 14 July in the Balloting Center's local time (11:59 pm EDT [New York time]).

If you are not a member of the Sponsor Ballot Group and you would like to submit comments, please submit them through a member of the Sponsor Ballot Group (who will, hopefully upload any comments using Commentary format). If you cannot find a Sponsor Ballot Group member to help, then you may upload nonbinding Commentary comments to <http://ballot16e.wirelessman.org> by the ballot deadline.
