[STDS-802-16] RevCom schedule for Autumn 2005
802.16 currently has three drafts (P802.16e, P802.16f, P802.16-2004/Cor1) nearing completion.
The next RevCom deadline is August 12, for approval on September 22. The ballot need not be complete at the deadline, as long as the final recirc is underway.
If any of the drafts miss this deadline, the next RevCom meeting is on December 6, with a deadline of October 17. This would allow comment resolution at Session #39 (12-15 September).
Between the two RevCom meetings, around the last week of October, RevCom has an "Early Consideration" period for approval by conference call. The deadline is September 16, just after Session #39. However, in the "Early Consideration" case, the ballot is supposed to be completed before the deadline. Therefore, if any of the drafts miss the August 12 deadline, it will still be possible to get them onto the "Early Consideration" agenda, but without the benefit of Session #39.
