Per the Call for Comment announcement <http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/16/netman/docs/80216g-05_009.pdf>, the latest 16g Baseline Document can be found at <http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/16/netman/docs/80216g-05_008.pdf>. Note that the document is still only a Baseline Document, not yet a DRAFT document. However, we hope to remedy that soon.
