I agree and have removed those description
paragraphs from my proposed Remedy.
Also, I have included specific editorial
instruction to remove those description paragraphs from the 16e Draft since they
are unmodified duplicates of what appears in 802.16-2004.
Of course the problem was that, while they were
included unmodified in 16e/D11, they were included modified in Cor1/D5. The fear
being that application of 16e/D11 after Cor1/D5 would effectively rescind the
changes made by Cor1/D5.
Removal of those paragraphs from the 16e Draft
effectively removes that threat.

I’d like to note that
your proposed changes in descriptions of ‘Permutation’ and

are the exactly same
as those in Cor1/D5. So, these two descriptions should be removed in
16e/D11.
