[STDS-802-16] results from EC Meeting

All four of 802.16's motions were approved at the 802 EC meeting today. See:

Regarding the Mobile Multihop Relay Study Group, we were strongly 
encouraged to coordinate with 802.1. I agreed that we would do so. We 
were also encouraged to plan a tutorial on this topic at the March 
2006 802 Plenary. I noted that this is the plan.
