In 802.16e section 11.18.1 table 384a(OFDM) and 384b(OFDMA), it's the physical layer information for neighbor advistisement message. For both OFDM and OFDMA, the Bandwidth field has only 7bits with the unit of 125kHz. So the value can range from 0 to 16MHz. Does this mean that for
802.16e, the max. bandwidth should be less than 16MHz?
