[STDS-802-16] A question on scheduling algorithm for GPSS mode

Hello, everyone,

 

I knew that current standard remove GPC mode.

 

Q1. What are differences of scheduling algorithm between GPC and GPSS?

I think that GPC allocate bandwidth per each connection and GPSS allocate bandwidth per a subscriber station.

 

Q2. What are consideration points to design scheduling algorithm for only GPSS ?

 

Q3. Does BS allocate all bandwidth of requesting a SS in next frame ?

Does bandwidth request of other SS satisfied if that is correct?

Otherwise, Does BS allocate a part of requested bandwidth for other SS ?
