[STDS-802-16] how to tell whether a MAC PDU is data or management message
I may
have a stupid question.
When the MAC receives a packet, how does it tell whether this
packet
is a
MAC management message or it is a user-data and should be sent
to
up-layers?
It may
tell through the connection type, but how if the message is a broadcast
message?
Do we
need to set up a special bit in the MAC header to differentiate
them?
