Re: [STDS-802-16] Election for 802.16 Vice Chair: July 17
Dear 802.16 members and colleagues,
With this email I would like to announce my candidacy for the 802.16 Vice
Chair position, recently opened by Ken Stanwood's resignation. Ken has done
an exceptional job as our Vice Chair, supporting Roger Marks in leading our
working group over the last several years, and I would like to follow his
example in taking on the responsibilities of that office. I have been an
active member of the 802.16 Working Group for several years now, as well as
served as the Maintenance Task Group Chair for over a year and a half. And
I would like to devote more of my services to this dynamic and productive
working group and its future activities as the next Vice Chair.
Thanks,
Jon Labs
