[STDS-802-16] ***IEEE 802.16 Letter Ballot #22 Results and Call for Reply Comments
Working Group Letter Ballot #22 has closed. The results are here:
http://ieee802.org/16/netman/ballot22/report22.html
The approval ratio was 96%, surpassing the approval threshold.
The return ratio was 61%. This is above the minimum. However, 91
people failed to vote, or voted "Abstain for lack of time", so we
will be dropping a lot more people from the membership rolls. I do
not plan to make this membership update until after Session #44.
We received 25 unique comments. These are compiled in the Comment
Report:
<http://ieee802.org/16/docs/06/80216-06_034.zip>
Thanks for not submitting duplicate comments!
This note is a Call for Reply Comments, with a deadline of Sunday 16
July, end of day, San Diego time <http://tinyurl.com/g7ty4>.
The instructions are below.

----------------
To create and submit reply comments:
(1) Obtain Commentary <http://ieee802.org/16/docs/Commentary>, if you
don't have it.
(2) Unzip the Comment Report to get a ".USR" file, which will open in
Commentary.
(3) Read the comments in Commentary. When you want to respond to a
comment, check the "Marked" box at the top of that record. Then fill
out the following fields:
Recommendation by:
Recommendation:
Proposed Resolution:
Reason for Recommendation:
(4) When you are finished entering replies, look under Scripts and
choose "Find Marked Records". This will find the records for which
you checked the "Marked" box. Only the found records will be exported
in Step (5). Don't include records on which you have no reply comment.
(5) Under Scripts, choose "Export Clause Editor's Proposals". Choose
the file type "FileMaker Pro Runtime Files". Enter a file name of the
form "LB#22_reply_Name.USR", where "Name" is your name.
(6) Upload the exported file to <http://lb22.wirelessman.org> by the
announced deadline.
