1. An 802.16 system shall not open a seperate connection for each upper layer protocol if packets
form upper layer protocols have the same QoS requirements.
>Pls check the meaning of "classifier".
If a PDU arrives at CS, CS classifies it into a service flow or creates
a new service flow. When creating the new service flow, a new MAC
connection may be created(BS creates according to the subscribed Qos
and current packet classifier.).
If there are too many PDUs in the current service flow, the MS may
ask for service change(DSC_REQ).
