[STDS-802-16] DL scheduler

Hi all,

          Is Qos applied to Downlink scheduling????

B’coz it’s said that DL-Sub frames are transmitted in decreasing burst profile….so finally when DL-bursts are transmitted in decreasing robustness….So how Qos come into picture???
