         As per good comments and replies, I have revised the chair's comments and put it in the Relay upload directory.

   Two new proposals were submitted prior to deadline, Apr 6^th
   C802.16j-07/274:   published with its 3^rd version, needs harmonization discussion with 134 per requests
   C802.16j-07/283:   published with its 1^ST version, needs quantitive crypto-analysis
