Dear All,
Since the 217r3 is not purely editorial, we decided to make it purely
editorial by removing any modifications to the baseline messages.
This was done as per the comments we received to have clarity on the
effort of cleanning up the messaging confusion in the baseline.
Any modifications from the baseline will be included into 316 which can
be separately dealt with.
So now we have uploaded 217r4 (to the temperory directory) and if you
have any further comments please forward.
