[STDS-802-16] Questions about the initialization of subcarrier randomization PRBS generator

Hi,

I have two questions about "the permutation definition for subcarrier 
randomization (8.4.9.4.1)"  in the 802.16e-2005 standard:

(1) The initialization vector of the PRBS generator is designated b10:0, but in 
Figure 262, there are only 11 boxes numbered 1 to 11. I assume b0 should be 
put into the box numbered 1, b1 to 2, ... b10 to 11, is it right?

(2) When should the PRBS be initialized, at the beginning of every symbol or 
every zone? If the latter, the wk sequence generated for the second symbol 
will be different from that of the first even without shifting, is it right?
