I’ve gone through the contributions submitted as part of LB28a and found problems with the following:

 

C802.16j-08/003: Wrong date on front sheet

C802.16j-08/004, 005: No doc number in header

C802.16j-08/008: Wrong date

C802.16j-08/011r2: Wrong template, dates different, revision r2 not in header…

C802.16j-08/012: Wrong template

C802.16j-08/013: Wrong template

C802.16j-08/014, 015: Non standard template

C802.16j-08/020: Date is ambiguous

C802.16j-08/021r1, 022r1, 023r1, 024r1: Non standard template

C802.16j-08/031: No doc number in header

C802.16j-08/039: Date is not in YYYY-MM-DD format

C802.16j-08/047, 048: No contribution number in title, margins are wrong

Slides S802.16j-08/049 do not have an associated contribution

 

I will be recommending that these are removed from the upload server and not carried forward, so if you still want your contribution to be dealt in this meeting please make sure you upload a revision that follows the procedures described here: http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/16/submit.html.
