[STDS-802-16] release of draft P802.16Rev2/D3
The IEEE P802.16Rev2/D3 (successor to the popular P802.16Rev2/D2,
affectionately known as "R2D2") has been released:

At that link, you will also find P802.16Rev2/D2a, which shows the
markups going from R2D2 to R2D3.
