Here is an updated list of contributions for the P802.16Rev2 project in Letter Ballot 26b which have formatting issues that need to be correct or else be rejected:

 

The following contributions used the wrong contribution templates:

 

  • C802.16maint-08/107r1
  • C802.16maint-08/106r2 (and track changes were left on)
  • C802.16maint-08/104r1
  • C802.16maint-08/086

 

The following contributions have incorrect document numbers in the file header:

 

·         C802.16maint-08/139 

 

The following contributions have the wrong submission date:

                                                                                                                    

·         C802.16maint-08/085r1                                                                                                                       

 

The following contributions have more unique reasons for rejection:

·         C802.16maint-08/007r3   (C802.16maint-08/007r3 already exists as of Session #53)

Also after discussion with the WG Chair, these two files WILL be considered as contributions:

 

·         C80216maint-08_111.ppt                                                                                                  

·         C80216maint-08_110.ppt                                                                                                 

 

If your contribution is in this list, please review the submittal procedure (http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/16/submit.html), particularly the instructions in the IEEE 802.16 Document Submission Template, and take appropriate action.

Regarding the contributions submitted towards the P802.16Rev2 project in Letter Ballot 26b, a number of contributions will be rejected unless the formatting issues with them are corrected.   I am happy to announce that the list this time is much smaller than the initial list sent out after LB 26a.

 

 The problematic contributions have been categorized and listed below:

 

The following contributions used the wrong contribution templates:

  • C802.16maint-08/094
  • C802.16maint-08/092

 

The following contributions have incorrect document numbers in the file header:

·         C802.16maint-08/112
