Maximum number of UL non HARQ bursts per MS per frame: 1

Maximum number of UL HARQ bursts per HARQ-enabled MS per frame: Max 8, 
default = 1

Refer section 11.8.3.7.15 of P802.16Rev2/D2 for details.
