have just uploaded the Rev 1 of the SDD commentary DB, the IEEE

revision contains one file that I had missed in the first upload and few other
files that were uploaded late.
In
addition, and quite important, you will find a classification of comments.
Please note that for those comments that had no classification by the author I
have assumed a certain tag. I expect that there may be some misallocations, so
I kindly ask you to check and if you disagree please let me know and I will
correct it.
There
are 160 editorial comments, and as usual there will be a motion to approve all
of them in a batch. Since we would like to have this motion proposed quite
