Yes, C802.16m-08/1149, S802.16m-08/1259, and S802.16m-08/1260 are invalid. I've deleted them from the TGm upload directory. I've added them to "unaccepted".
C802.16m-08/1147 was also an invalid number. However, I've simply deleted it, since it seems to have been replaced by C802.16m-08/1447r1.
