Re: [STDS-802-16] Participation in the RG activities at Session 58

Title: Re: [STDS-802-16] Participation in the RG activities at Session 58
Hi Phil,
I want to clarify whether these late comments can be addressed to the resolution made during face to face session during this week or these late comments should address to the original SDD draft proposal submitted by RG chairs by the November 7th deadline.

Best regards,
-shashi

Subject: [STDS-802-16] Participation in the RG activities at Session 58

All TGm Rapporteur Group Chairs and Participants,

Chairs and Participants are reminded that they may file late comments to the SDD comment database to request inclusion of RG topic text that may enjoy majority support in RG discussions, but may not have a preponderance of consensus support and thus may not have been included in the RG consensus text proposal documents due to be submitted to TGm later this week.

Comments should specifically indicate to which RG topic and RG output document the proposed text intends to amend.

Comments shall identify the SDD section number and the page and line number for the RG topic item.

Late comment document names should be in the format ‘tgmSDDLATE_lastame_firstname’ and uploaded to the TGm_comments upload directory <http://dot16.org/upload/>. If there are associated contributions referenced by a comment, the contributions shall use TGm document numbers and be uploaded to the TGm upload directory <http://dot16.org/upload/>.

Acceptance and consideration of late comments is at the discretion of the TGm Chair and Vice Chair.

Thanks,
Phillip Barber
