Frank,
Use ballot ID ‘tgmSDDLATE’. If you do
this, the comment export will automatically give the export ‘cmtb’ file the
correct ‘tgmSDDLATE_lastame_firstname’ filename format.
You will identify the RG activity and
document in the ‘Comment’ field of your comment.
In your ‘Suggested Remedy’, you must
identify the RG final document filename and page and line number where you wish
to make a change.
Thanks,
Phil

Participation in the RG activities at Session 58
Dear
Phil,
May I confirm what to do for late comment?
For example, if I would like to make a late comment to RGx's final output
"C802.16m-08/xxx", do I submit the late comment by using ballot ID
"tgmRGx"
w.r.t Doc "C802.16m-08/xxx"?
Please clarify if I have any misunderstanding on late comment procedure.
Regards.

Shashi,
The late comments should be addressed to the final RG output consensus document
as finalized this week.
Thanks,
Phil

Hi Phil,
I want to clarify whether these late comments can be addressed to the
resolution made during face to face session during this week or these late
comments should address to the original SDD draft proposal submitted by RG
chairs by the November 7th deadline.
Best regards,
-shashi

Subject: [STDS-802-16] Participation in the RG activities at Session 58
All TGm Rapporteur Group Chairs and Participants,
Chairs and Participants are reminded that they may file late comments to the
SDD comment database to request inclusion of RG topic text that may enjoy
majority support in RG discussions, but may not have a preponderance of
consensus support and thus may not have been included in the RG consensus text
proposal documents due to be submitted to TGm later this week.
Comments should specifically indicate to which RG topic and RG output document
the proposed text intends to amend.
Comments shall identify the SDD section number and the page and line number for
the RG topic item.
Late comment document names should be in the format
‘tgmSDDLATE_lastame_firstname’ and uploaded to the TGm_comments upload
directory <http://dot16.org/upload/>.
If there are associated contributions referenced by a comment, the
contributions shall use TGm document numbers and be uploaded to the TGm upload
directory <http://dot16.org/upload/>.
Acceptance and consideration of late comments is at the discretion of the TGm
Chair and Vice Chair.
