Thank you for your interest and participation to the Relay draft.
As Roger announced, the sponsor ballot recirculation has been ongoing
and is going to close on January 7 2009, 23:59 EST (not AOE!).

I would love to thank the rev2 alignment ad-hoc members, Relay TG chair
team members and Roger, as we cannot reach the current status without
their intensive contributions for the 16j draft update including the
rev2 alignment after the Dallas session.

Please do not forget to vote if you are the voting member, and submit
your comments either in formal manner to the SA myBallot or through the
WG process. Please refer to Roger's kind guidance, as shown below.
Please also note that your reply comment would be much appreciated, in
reply to "Call for reply comments" which will be issued once the
deadline passed. As the period for the reply will be limited over the
weekend towards the TG Opening on Monday, Jan. 12, 2009, your "quick
review and reply" support helps us to accelerate the comment resolution
during the coming La Jolla session.
Roger: thank you for your help in advance, by providing the set of
sponsor vallot comments and issueing the call for reply comment.

Folks,
P802.16j/D8 is now in Sponsor Ballot recirc, closing on January 7,
23:59 EST.
If you are a member of the Sponsor Ballot Group, you should soon (in
about 12 hours) be provided with instructions on participating using
IEEE-SA's myBallot system. When the ballot closes, I'll transfer the
comments transferred into Commentary format for WG review and
resolution.
If you are not a member of the Sponsor Ballot Group, you are not
entitled to vote. However, you may submit comments. These should be
prepared in Commentary using the Ballot ID "sb_16jR2" and submitted to
the "sb_16j" 802.16 upload directory at <http://upload.wirelessman.org>.
Sponsor Ballot Group members may also submit comments in Commentary
according to this procedure. However, please be aware that no comments
uploaded to the WG upload directories will be considered as part of a
Disapprove vote. For any comment to be considered as a valid element
of a DISAPPROVE VOTE, the comment must be entered into the myBallot
database by the voter!
Finally, if necessary, your comments may refer to an uploaded
contribution document. Contributions must follow the usual WG
submission procedures <http://ieee802.org/16/submit.html>. In order to
ensure that all parties to the Sponsor Ballot are explicitly aware of
your contribution and where to find it, it is essential that you refer
to it properly, by document number (not by file name) in your comment.
Upload your contribution to the "Relay" upload directory.
