[STDS-802-16] Relay TG not to meet tomorrow

Please note that Relay TG will not meet tomorrow.
The TG is going to restart at 8am, Wednesday morning.

For your information, we have resolved about 70 comments today, out of
84 comments in total, and decided to spend tomorrow for members' comment
double checking.

If you found any, please let me know.

Lei, could you please pass this information to the local organizer so
that they can rearrange the meeting room reuse for tomorrow?
