To: 802 EC reflector cc: 802.16 reflectorDear EC Colleagues: I am writing to report on the status of P802.16j, per the Clause 19 Conditional Approval granted on 14 November. The conditions have been met. Sponsor Ballot Recirculation #3, including the review of P802.16j/D9, ran from 5 - 20 February. During the recirc, no new Disapprove votes or comments were received. Editorial comments were received from one Approve voter; these will be forwarded for the consideration of the editorial staff. The final approval ratio, as reported by MyBallot, was 160 Approve, 2 Disapprove. Both of the Disapprove voters submitted a single comment in earlier ballot rounds; response to both of these comments have been recirculated. Both of the comments are documented in this file: Since the conditions have been met, I am proceeding with submittal for the RevCom meeting of 18 March. Regards, Roger Roger B.
