[STDS-802-16] instructions for updating profile (including SA-PIN) in IEEE 802 registration database

Folks,

In order to match your meeting attendance records (in the IEEE-SA Meeting Attendance Tool) to your registration records (in the IEEE 802 registration database), you need to have the same SA-PIN recorded in both places.

If you are on the Session #60 LAN, you can find your SA-PIN when you log into the attendance server <http://attendance.wirelessman.org>.  Alternatively, you can see it when you log in to your IEEE Web Account at <https://development.standards.ieee.org/my-site>. [If you are don't have a username or password, see below.]

To enter your SA-PIN into the registration database, go to <http://ieee802.facetoface-events.com/plenary> and use the "MyProfile" link at the upper right side of the page to log in (using the ID info you established when you registered). There, you can update your profile, including your SA-PIN.

You can check that your registration badge has the correct SA-PIN printed in the corner. If it reads "SA-PIN", then you have no recorded SA-PIN in the registration database. In this case, I suggest that you enter one.

Regards,

Roger
