The IEEE-802 Event Portal is NOW live for the July 2009 Plenary Session in San Francisco, CA at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco (at Embarcadero Center). The session dates are July 12-17, 2009.
 
802-Group Hotel Web Reservations: 
 
IEEE 802 Group Rate: 
•     $194.00 US single occupancy per night plus applicable taxes*. 
•     $204.00 US double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes*. 
*  taxes are currently:  14% Room Tax, 1.5% City Tax, plus a $0.13/day California Tourism Assessment Fee
 
Dates the group rate is available:  July 3-26, 2009 (based on hotel room availability). 
 
Reservations cut-off date:  Wednesday, July 1, 2009 (book early rooms are limited).

Please post this new announcement onto your Working Group home website and share this information with any potential meeting attendees that may be interested in attending the July Plenary Session.
