Error in the rapid, rapid application of all of those ad-hoc outputs into
the database during the end of the TGm closing. My fault entirely. Hopefully
that is the last of them.
Sometimes scroll selection using the listbox tool for Resolution can cause
problems when you are trying to get through those comments really fast.
Thanks,
Phil

MAC header ad-hoc recommended that comment #136 should be rejected, since no
specific text was provided. So, the change you are making is correct.

All,
Please note that Comment #136 in the database was incorrectly marked
during comment resolution at Session 63.
The comment's Group Resolution was marked "Accepted-Modified".
The suggested remedy was "Create a figure and clarify the text showing
the content of 'Multiplexing extended header block'. The Group Reason
is "No specific text provided" and the Notes say "without opposition",
so the Group Resolution should obviously be "Rejected", not "Accepted-
Modified".
I am updating my working version of the database to reflect this
correction.
