[STDS-802-16] Need clarification on #63.5 16m SON DG report

and Phil,
I has just heard that 16m SON DG has its
final report.
In accordance of 0039r5, which is the latest
16m #63.5 agenda available, DGs will have their final report on
Thursday morning. However, SON DG has its final report this (Wednesday)
afternoon without any announcement. Few people know the reporting,
and during the SON DG final report the DG output is modified. I would like
to request your clarification whether this is legal? Is an unscheduled and
unannounced DG reporting valid? Any changes during that unscheduled and
unannounced DG reporting valid?
