[STDS-802-16] new 802.16 subgroup email reflectors: ready for subscription

Folks,

I would like to encourage you to subscribe to the specialized email reflectors I have had set up for 802.16 subgroups:

TGm:  "stds-802-16-tgm"
ITU-R Liaison Group: "stds-802-16-itu"
GRIDMAN Study Group:   "stds-802-16-gridman"
