[STDS-802-16] P802.16 Amendment PAR on "Higher Reliability Networks"

Dear EC Colleagues,

The 802.16 Working Group is submitting a draft PAR and Five Criteria for consideration at the March Plenary.

The document, for an amendment on "Higher Reliability Networks", is available here:

It was agreed by the Working Group at its Session #65 in January.
