All, During Session #71, the structure and Table of Contents for the M2M AWD was agreed. This note is a Call for Comments on <IEEE 802.16p-10/0018> with a deadline of Sunday 6 March 2011 AOE. PLEASE NOTE Rapporteur Groups (RGs) have been assigned for this round of comments. Material related to "a large number of devices" or to "power savings" should be submitted to the appropriate RG for harmonization work prior to the meeting. See <IEEE 802.16p-10/0016> for more information. The RG Chairs will post discussion schedule announcements on this reflector. Comments shall be submitted in Commentary database format <http://dot16.org/Commentary/>. Be sure to use the Ballot ID tag "tgpawd" in the Commentary database. Use the M2M comment upload directory at <http://dot16.org/ul/ul.cgi?command=viewupload&database=m2m_comments_db> to post Commentary files. NOTE: You do not need to submit comments for work submitted to a Rapporteur Group. There is a separate upload folder set aside for Rapporteur Group contributions: <http://dot16.org/ul/ul.cgi?command=viewupload&database=m2m_rg_db>. Contributions shall make use of the current IEEE 802.16 Document Submission Template, Rev. 9.2 (2010-04-22) <http://ieee802.org/16/submit.html>.
