All, During Session #73, the M2M group agreed on initial text for our new Evaluation Methodology Document (EMD). This note is a Call for Comments on the 802.16p Evaluation Methodology Document <IEEE 802.16p-11/0014> with a deadline of Sunday 10 July 2011 AOE. Comments shall be submitted in Commentary database format <http://dot16.org/Commentary/>. Be sure to use the Ballot ID tag "m2memd" in the Commentary database. Use the M2M comment upload directory at <http://dot16.org/ul/ul.cgi?command=viewupload&database=m2m_comments_db> to post Commentary files. Contributions shall make use of the current IEEE 802.16 Document Submission Template, Rev. 9.2 (2010-04-22) <http://ieee802.org/16/submit.html>. Use the M2M upload directory at <http://m2m.wirelessman.org> to post contributions. Contributions will be considered non-confidential and will be posted, as soon as possible following receipt, for public access on the 802.16 Web Site <http://ieee802.org/16>.
