Thank you for the commentary database.
However, the file does not seem to be correct form of commentary database.
When I tried to make a reply comment, following error message was popped up.
“This field cannot be modified until “CommentNumber” is given a valid value.”
I think why the message is showing is all comments do not have comment number.
Could you check it?

This note is a call for reply comments, with a deadline of Monday 18 July 2011 at 9:00 AM San Francisco time <http://tinyurl.com/277uhde >.
The Commentary file will open in Group View. To enter reply comments, change to Member View and click the "Reply" button on the left side.
Use the "Submit Reply Comments" tab in the upper right corner to export your replies to a file for uploading, per the embedded instructions. Reply comments, in "cmtr" format, need to be uploaded to the “gman_comments? upload directory < gman_comments >.
