[STDS-802-16] results of today's IEEE 802 EC meeting

Friends,

The 802.16 Working Group had seven agenda items for consideration at today's IEEE 802 EC meeting. The EC has approved each of these, unanimously. The details are available here:

The four PAR requests are on the agenda for possible approval by the IEEE-SA Standards Board on 7 December.
