The results of IEEE 802.16 Letter Ballot Recirc #37a are as follows:

39 affirmative votes
1 negative vote
5 abstention votes

The return ratio requirement has been met.

The Ballot comment report is IEEE 802.16-12-0340.

Tim will provide the Call for Reply Comments, including the instructions and the deadline.
