[STDS-802-16] PAR P802.16q for consideration at July 802 Plenary

Dear SEC,

The 802.16 WG's HetNet Study Group has drafted a PAR (P802.16q) for consideration at the July 802 Plenary:

PAR and Five Criteria for P802.16q (Multi-Tier Amendment)
IEEE 802.16-12-0394-00

By the way, the Study Group will continue to investigate other possible projects when it meets in July.
