[STDS-802-16] revised Session #81 meeting schedule

Folks,

Due to a number of issues that need to be juggled, I have revised the Session #81 meeting schedule:

I've generally reduced the number of slots, based on the contributions received.

Note that the Closing Plenary is scheduled to end at 6 pm Thursday.
