[STDS-802-16] outcome of WG Telecon, 11 Feb; decisions regarding Session #90

For the outcome of the 802.16 WG Telecon of 11 Feb, please see the agenda and minutes.

Note that Proposals #1, #2, and #3, from 802.16-14-0027, were agreed regarding plans for Session #90 and the WG officer elections to be held there. Accordingly, Session #90 will be limited to a single meeting, to be held Tuesday 18 March from 8-10 AM Beijing time.
